Summary
We have compared our practice results with the 2 neighbouring practices and the local larger practice
We have found we seem to be receiving the same feedback although we are Higher on a few of the domains we will still aim to work on this.
Findings: We will send out the accuRx patient triage to all patients that have not used this yet to let them know this can be used any time for their, We will look at our website to make it clearer for patients to read the information and will ensure the times are clear on the website for patients to access this information.
